Gran Turismo 4 Enhanced - Gran Turismo 5 windows style test
Another thing found messing around. This time is windows transparency. Since Gran Turismo 4 still use practically blacked out windows (but much lighter than previous instances), I've tried to use a setting similar to Gran Turismo 5/Gran Turismo 6 that used for Standard/Simple cars. Side windows still black for mask the missing interiors, but much lighter windshield/rear windows. Here I've made three samples: first is GT5 styled (dark sides, and halved transparency for front/rear), second is similar, but I've zeroed the alpha giving a clear look, and the last is completely clear for all windows. This time made something of complex. Make Fusion perment as seen in Budokai Tenkaichi games for example. This isn't the classic cheat that make the timer infinite, I've turned that timer into actual Ki bars. @KaterinUA5 That's because is still mostly based on GT4P I think that First Preview is the last known GT4 build made on Prologue engine

Thank you! I think that on real hardware is possible too, but you need devices as Action Replay. For this one I've used Cheat Engine to find the weapon IDs, then changed to what I wanted. Be careful, you can force to load just the weapons you set in a custom weapon set, in this case, "Custom MapMaker". If you are in the TimeSplitters Modding Discord, you can use my files for your own work

Best Weapon Loadout in the multiplayer playing against all the bots (including RvB mode) : 2X Flare-gun, Plasma Grenade, Timed Mine, Rocket Launcher and Monkey Gun (if remember that's five loadouts. It's always funny to use the flareguns/plasma grenades/timed mines at the spawning bots that's screams while running a second later (except for the *actual* bots in that one map).
l didn't play too much of 1 but the bullets ricochetting, can they damage/hit someone or it is just a visual effect? l see rhe Mauser part, he gets hit
They do damage. As the sequels, you can even die/kill enemies in that way

I'm pretty sure that any weapon, apart the ones that fires plasma, can ricochet bullets. Mathematically, more is fire volume, more is the chance. Bullet speed is also an another factor too

I owned the Traditional Chinese version (for Hong Kong/Taiwan), and hard to believe this is the worst content-wise. Yet my guess is this China version also just blanked the car descriptions and if unlucky, some messed up font in car color names.
The Traditional Chinese version is basically the same as the original Japanese one in contents. The one in the video is basically the Korean version instead. It has these extra cars available just in the Korean version

I think that car descriptions are missing on this one because it have also English as language option. From what I know, any language you use, only the intended language works For example, I've made a test for them in English, and when I've changed language were still in English

Great mod! Could you please make a version that only adds weapon model drops? Did you manage to unpack .HOG files with SyphonFilterUnpacker? I've been trying but to no avail. Also, where can I find SFarchiver?
A Ford Crown Victoria can be found in the New York Photo Travel location, but the chances of using that model with the intent to make a playable vehicle will be EXTREMELY difficult if not impossible.

Something to note about changing languages in the PAL version of GT4, you can’t change the language during an event (Such as in normal races, time trial, license tests, and mission races)

I guess I ain't the only one who used some tools to speed up a raw material from PCSX2. That doesn't change the fact it's impressive, 6 convertible cars on wet track. I could recommend recreating a race from this old photo, showing 6 new Mazda MX-5 NC with open roofs in Tsukuba
If I'm not recording, I can get 60fps. OBS kills the performance on my end, my PC isn't enough powerful, and being a laptop is an another low. You wanna see that race on dry on wet Tsukuba?
